Job Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team in a dual role that combines Editorial Leadership and Research Fellow responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong editorial skills, a passion for academic publishing, and a background in conducting original research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the editorial team to ensure the quality and timely publication of scholarly materials.
• Manage the editorial process, including manuscript handling, peer-review coordination, and journal production.
• Mentor and supervise editors, providing guidance in maintaining publication standards.
• Develop and implement editorial policies, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Foster collaborations with authors, reviewers, and editorial board members to enhance publication quality.
• Conduct innovative and independent research in the designated field of expertise.
• Collaborate with authors and experts to advance ongoing research projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and methodologies in the field.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers or students involved in related projects.

Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in academic publishing and editorial leadership.
• Strong research background with publications in reputable journals.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated the ability to manage editorial processes and lead teams effectively.
• Passion for conducting innovative research while contributing to scholarly publications.
